Toda Corp. has over 25 years' experience in West Africa.
Toda Corp. began by working on an employment training center in the Republic of Senegal's capital city of Dakar in 1983. Since then, it has constructed 4,952 elementary school classrooms in the Republic of Senegal, the Republic of Mali, the Republic of Guinea, the Republic of Benin, the Republic of Niger, and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire as part of official development assistance in those countries.
In addition, Toda Corp. has built the Japanese Embassy in Senegal, as well as contributing to educational and medical development by working on the Cocody University Hospital Improvement Project in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, the Project for the Improvement of Lagune Mother-and-Child Hospital in the Republic of Benin, and a teacher training school in the Republic of Senegal.
