Ultra-large-diameter pipe jacking method

Overview

Ultra-large-diameter pipe jacking method that realizes shorter construction periods and lower costs, and has almost no impact on the surrounding environment with an inner diameter of over Φ3,000 mm.

Ultra-large-diameter pipe jacking method enabled by separate transportation

Assembling status
Due to the height limitation of the Road Act, the maximum applicable range of jacking pipes used in the conventional jacking method was Φ3,000mm, and it was impossible to transport jacking pipes larger than this. The "Ultra-large diameter pipe jacking method" solves the transportation problem by dividing the jacking pipe Φ3,500 mm or more into two pieces, transporting them, and assembling them at the construction site. It provides a wide range of applications for large-diameter pipe jacking methods, including sewage pipes and storm drains, water supply, underground power lines, telecommunications cables, gas, utility tunnels, and underground passages.
