AWARD-Sapli method

Overview

superabsorbent polymeric material (GEOSAP)
AWARD-Sapli (Award Supply) method ensures the stability of the excavated ground by using a highly water-absorbing polymer stabilizer (supplement stabilizer) instead of the conventional bentonite-based stabilizer in the stabilizing fluid excavation work such as cast-in-place piling. Supplement stabilizer is a viscous stabilized solution obtained by absorbing a superabsorbent polymeric material GEOSAP and swelling.
Compared with the conventional excavation method using bentonite-based stabilizers, this method can be said to be an environmentally conscious, stable fluid excavation method that can improve the stability of the porous wall, improve the quality of the pile body, and secure the finished form, and can be expected to reduce the volume of industrial waste.
