Overview
Concrete Filled Steel Tube(CFT) structure is a structure in which circular or square steel tubes are filled with high-strength concrete and used as columns. It is called the "fourth structure" following steel structure, reinforced concrete structure, and steel-framed reinforced concrete structure, and is superior in terms of seismic resistance and workability. Super CFT is a unique technology to design columns with excellent strength and toughness and small cross-section by replacing the filled concrete with high-strength ones and inserting high-strength rebars inside the steel tubes.
